To post to the calendar -
1) Select Calendar under the Menu
2) Select the day that you wish to post an event
3) Select Post a New Event
4) Enter the following information: Type of Event, Event Title (Workshop with who or Event Name), Sponsor Contact Name, Contact Email, Your Website to get more information (see note below on URL help), Confirmed/Tentative, and a short description which includes City, Location, Time. Please do not put all the of information or history on the event on this site -- this is to preserve the bandwidth and allow all to post.
* If the event is Tentative, please update the event or confirm it within 2 weeks. If an event remains in tentative status for more than 2 weeks, it will be removed if no updates not a deadline for knowing. This is to ensure that all dates are updated and open weekends are noted.
5) Select the Save button -- You must fill in all the boxes in order to Save.
You will then see the event posted.
(If you do not see the event, try to refresh the screen using your refresh button. This website may not automatically refresh.)
